Telephonic and virtual MHA/PHA follow-ups, outcome collection, and scheduling assists — the encounters a provider’s team would run, conducted by IAs with a fixed clinical mandate.
IAs prepare, conduct, and document; determinations are signed by the licensed provider. Safety hard stops — suicidal ideation, chest pain, low SpO₂ — force immediate human escalation, regardless of autonomy setting.
