Four factories. One data spine. Agents that scale with the work.
The Readiness Factory isn’t one automation — it’s a floor of them. Each factory runs its own fleet of purpose-built agents with a fixed mandate, scaling up when queues deepen and idling when they clear. Every agent action is logged with its reasoning; every clinical decision stays with a human signature.
Data Factory
Validating · storing · fixing — before anyone sees a form12agents activeEvery tracker starts here: identity validated against DEERS, records pulled and reconciled, provenance labeled field-by-field, failures retried before they become anyone’s problem.
Engagement Factory
Reaching members · getting them compliant · finishing the task with them9agents activeThe Tasker’s fleet: channel-choosing outreach, quiet-hours scheduling, and the conversational check-in that doesn’t remind — it completes. Escalation runs the 1/3/7/10/14 ladder without a human lifting a finger.
Virtual Clinics (VCA)
IA follow-ups on assessments · scheduling of resources — under a Clinical Director—coming onlineWhere the engagement triage says “talk to someone,” clinics staffed by Intelligent Assistants take the encounter: telephonic MHA/PHA follow-ups, outcome collection, scheduling assists — autonomy capped, hard stops enforced, every determination signed by a licensed provider.
Reporting Factory
Reports on the fly — any cut, any altitude, sources cited6agents activeNo more month-end slide hunts. Agents assemble briefs from the same member-level event spine every view uses — enterprise to first sergeant — with rules version and data timestamp on every page.
The operating principle
Factories consume the Paratus Data Service — read-only, no direct source-system access. Agents have fixed mandates and hard stops; anything clinical routes to a human whose signature controls. Fleets scale with queue depth — forecast by Doppler, rendered by CareSignals.ai — so surge season needs more compute, not more billets.
